  20. Win95 just like Sytem 7?  Dream on!  Take out all the gimmicks,
  21. useless layers of windows (Good HCI says EVERYTHING should be
  22. accessable in three clicks not twenty).  Next simplify the file
  23. structure and fix the still problematic file nameing system and you
  24. might be getting there.  Win 95 was  programmed, not designed - and it
  25. shows.
